Rezolve AI (RZLV) said Friday that its previously announced acquisition of GroupBy entails an all-share transaction valuing the company at $55 million.
The company said all GroupBy investors and financiers have opted to accept Rezolve Ai equity as payment.
The company said the deal is expected to generate around $30 million in 2025 revenue.
