A shareholder of SWS Hemodialysis Care (SHA:688410) plans to reduce holdings in the company, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
Zhuhai Xiuheng Equity Investment Partnership will cut its stake by up to 2.92% between March 7 and June 6.
Zhuhai Xiuheng currently owns 19 million shares or 5.92% of the Chinese integrated blood purification solutions provider, the filing said.
The company's shares slumped nearly 4% in recent trade.
