SBI Cards and Payment Services Names CEO; Declares Interim Dividend

SBI Cards and Payment Services (NSE:SBICARD, BOM:543066) has appointed Salila Pantle as managing director and chief executive officer of the company, effective April 1, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

She will take over from incumbent Abhijit Chakravorty, who will reach superannuation on March 31.

The company's board also declared an interim dividend of 2.50 rupees per equity share of face value of 10 rupees each for the financial year 2024-25, to be paid by March 18.
