B-SOFT (SHE:300451) said director Zhang Lvzheng is planning to sell up to 6 million shares in the medical software developer, or 0.39% of total shares excluding the repurchase account, due to personal financial needs.
The sale will be undertaken through block trades between March 12 and June 11, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Zhang currently holds 29,173,538 shares, or a 1.88% stake.
