1450 ET - Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers so far hasn't felt any aftershocks from moves under the Trump administration. "We have not seen any immediate supply chain impacts from tariffs or labor shortages due to changes in immigration policies," CEO Douglas Yearley Jr. says on an earnings call. He adds that the company hasn't seen any impact in Maryland or Northern Virginia amid moves by Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency that have resulted in layoffs and resignations.
