Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) reported Thursday earnings per diluted share of $0.112 in the fiscal first half, compared with a loss of $0.116 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected EPS of $0.11.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months to Dec. 31, 2024, was $572.3 million, up 37% from $417.9 million in the same period last year. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected $580 million.
The mining firm said it had produced 49% of its 154,000 copper equivalent guidance for the full fiscal year.
No dividends were declared during the reported period.
