Delta Air Lines (DAL) is offering $30,000 to each passenger from a Bombardier CRJ900 flight that crash-landed upside down at Toronto-Pearson International Airport, Bloomberg reported late Wednesday, citing Morgan Durrant, a Delta spokesman.

Durrant described the payment as a "good-faith gesture" with "no strings attached and does not affect rights," Bloomberg reported.

No fatalities occurred among the 76 passengers and four crew members, although 21 were injured.

Delta Air Lines did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
