Field Solutions Holdings (ASX:FSG) said that Rob Smith and Matthew Hutton, partners of McGrathNicol, were appointed receivers and managers of the company and some of its units, by their secured creditor on Feb 19, according to Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The move was made following the company's appointment of Barry Wight and Daniel Juratowitch of Cor Cordis as Voluntary Administrators, per the filing.
The receivers now have control of the company which they plan to continue to trade on a business-as-usual basis while pursuing going concern sale options or a recapitalization through the voluntary administration process, the filing said.
The company expects its shares to be suspended until further notice, the filing added.
