DomaCom Secures Nearly AU$2 Million Private Placement

DomaCom (ASX:DCL) secured a AU$1.5 million private placement from MFL Properties, allowing the latter to subscribe for 107.1 million shares at AU$0.014 apiece, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

MFL Properties will be issued 50 million options exercisable on Dec. 12, 2025, at AU$0 as part of the placement if the 30-day volume weighted average price on that date is less than AU$0.02, the filing said. If the price is AU$0.02 or higher, the options will be canceled.

Funds raised will be used for initiatives such as enhancing the company's technology platform, expanding operational capabilities, and launching alternative investment solutions, per the filing.
