Dentsu Group (TYO:4324) has appointed Shigeki Endo as global chief financial officer, effective Feb. 15, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Endo, who joined Dentsu in July 2024 as global CFO designate, brings over 30 years of experience from roles at ITOCHU Corporation (TYO:8001), General Electric, British American Tobacco (KLSE:BAT), and Accenture.
In his new role, Endo will lead the company's financial strategy and governance, helping drive the goals of Dentsu's Mid-Term Management Plan 2025-2027.
Endo succeeded Arinobu Soga, who will continue as global chief governance officer.
