Almonty Industries (ASX: AII) said it plans to extend the expiry date of 700,000 insider warrants to Feb. 19, 2026, according to Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The warrants, held by insiders Lewis Black and Thomas Gutschlag, were initially set to expire on Feb. 19, the filing said.
The extension is subject to approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange and disinterested shareholders at the next annual general meeting, the filing added.
