IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 184,000 new shares under its Enterprise Option Schemes, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The issuance comprised 60,000 shares priced at 5.67 Malaysian ringgit for each 2015 EOS grant, 58,000 shares priced at 5.92 Malaysian ringgit for each 2022 EOS grant and 66,000 shares priced at 5.87 Malaysian ringgit for each 2023 EOS grant.

Following the corporate action, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,814,127,463, with a share capital of 20.06 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Feb. 20.
