MMG (HKG:1208) unit MMG Dugald River agreed to sell zinc concentrate produced at its Dugald River Mine to Minmetals North-Europe Aktiebolag for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse stated.

About 100,000-120,000 dry metric tonnes of the zinc concentrate will be sold to the buyer every year under the agreement for a maximum of $200 million per annum.

Minmetals North-Europe Aktiebolag is a unit of China Minmetals Corporation, the ultimate controlling shareholder of MMG.
