Challenger Limited (ASX:CGF) reported Tuesday that its earnings per diluted share in the fiscal first half rose to AU$0.103 from AU$0.081 per diluted share a year earlier.
Revenue, excluding insurance contracts, for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$1.23 billion, up from AU$1.2 billion in the same period a year earlier. Insurance revenue rose year over year to AU$334.9 million from AU$303.8 million.
The furniture retailer expects fiscal 2025 net profit after tax in the range of AU$440 million to AU$480 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.145 per share, up from AU$0.13 in the previously reported period, payable on March 18 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
