Luyin Investment Group (SHA:600784) plans to increase its holdings in China Energy Conservation Wanhua through centralized bidding or block transactions.
The investment will range from 125 million yuan to 250 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Currently, Luyin and its subsidiary hold 10.16% of Wanhua's shares. The move aims to optimize asset allocation and boost investor confidence.
The board has authorized implementation within 12 months, ensuring no disruption to daily operations.
