Far East Hospitality Trust (SGX:Q5T) entered into sale and purchase agreements for the acquisition of a freehold hotel property for 6.0 billion Japanese Yen, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

The property, named Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya is a 319-room hotel property with a total area of around 9,750 square meters, and its acquisition will help the trust expand its global scope.
