Patrick Industries (PATK) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of Medallion Instrumentation Systems, which provides instrumentation and electronics for marine, RV, powersports, on-highway and military markets.
Medallion's revenue last year was about $38 million, Patrick said.
Patrick said Medallion will keep operating under its existing brand name and current facility.
