Renaissance Asia Silk Road Group (HKG:0274) completed the issue of 89,118,654 shares to Yuan Weiran at HK$0.05 apiece on Thursday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The share issue will be used to offset a loan owed by the gold miner to the subscriber.
