United Overseas Australia (ASX:UOS) reported Wednesday that its earnings per diluted share in 2024 rose/fell to AU$0.0558, from AU$0.05 per diluted share a year earlier.

Revenue from property and construction for the year was AU$182.1 million, up 31.1% from AU$138.9 million in the same period last year.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.02 per share, unchanged from the previous reported period, payable on June.6 to shareholders on record as of May.16.

Shares of the company rose past 1% at market close.
