Insurance Australia Group (ASX:IAG) will offer Australian dollar-denominated Tier 2 subordinated notes to wholesale investors, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes will mature on June 15, 2037, subject to conversion, write-off, and/or early redemption. They will also pay a floating rate of interest.
Insurance Australia will release more details if it decides to go ahead with the issue.
