The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has launched an investigation into WiseTech (ASX:WTC) after half the company's board resigned earlier this week, multiple media outlets reported Wednesday.
The regulator said the issues around the company had led to a preliminary inquiry.
The company has seen a turbulent week where four of its directors resigned due to "intractable differences" around the role of Richard White.
White resigned from the position of chief executive officer in October after misconduct complaints and was appointed the chairman of the company Wednesday.
WiseTech did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
Company shares rose past 2% in recent trade.
