Janison Education Group (ASX:JAN) said Stuart Halls, its chief financial officer has informed the board and chief executive officer of his decision to resign, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Halls will remain with the company until the end of the current financial year ending June 2025, the filing added.
Company shares rose almost 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
