Star Asia Investment (TYO:3468) recorded an occupancy rate of 81.5% for its hotels in January, a bourse filing on Tuesday said.

The average daily rate (ADR) stood at 13,854 yen for the month, with revenue per available room at 11,287 yen.

For the six months ended Jan. 31, the occupancy rate stood at 86.7%, while ADR and rev PAR was 14,132 yen and 12,245 yen, respectively.
