Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) reported Thursday full-year diluted earnings of AU$0.1955 per security, compared with the prior year's loss of AU$0.1176 per security.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting diluted EPS of AU$0.24 per security.

Distributable earnings per security in the reported year were AU$0.1648, unchanged from a year earlier.

Revenue from ordinary activities for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$165 million, up from AU$164.3 million in the previous year. Rental income rose to AU$162.3 million from AU$157.5 million. The Visible Alpha average estimate was for a rental income of AU$161.4 million.

The real estate investment fund expects to deliver distributable earnings per security of AU$0.1648 in the current year.

The board declared an ordinary dividend of AU$0.0412 per security, unchanged from the payout in the previous reported period, payable on Feb. 27 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2024.
