CANbridge Pharmaceuticals' (HKG:1228) Massachusetts subsidiary CANbridge Pharmaceuticals terminated a property lease with landlord MEC Burlington Woods Biocenter, a Tuesday filing said.

The property comprises office and laboratory space in a building at 4 Burlington Woods Drive, Burlington, Massachusetts, which the group leased in December 2021.

The early termination is part of the group's downsizing plan for its US business and does not result in a penalty or fee.
