0830 ET - Consumers are feeling fatigued by delivery fees, prompting pizza chains like Domino's Pizza and Papa John's International to encourage people to buy cheaper carryout pizza. Papa John's says on a 4Q earnings call that it is focused on getting more transactions from value-oriented customers through deals and carryout pizza. Papa John's beat analysts' expectations for 4Q sales and adjusted EPS, sending up its shares 5% in premarket trading. (heather.haddon@wsj.com; @heatherhaddon)
