Seacera Group (KLSE:SEACERA) unit Duta Skyline and Amazing Symphony extended their joint venture deal for five years, citing ongoing legal disputes affecting Lot 613.

The company said that multiple ongoing legal matters have restricted development activities, delaying the project's progress, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
