Braskem (BAK) reported a Q4 loss Thursday of 5.89 billion Brazilian reais ($1.01 billion), widening from a loss of 1.75 billion reais a year earlier.
Comparable analyst estimates were not readily available.
Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 19.15 billion reais, up from 16.69 billion reais a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 20.44 billion reais.
