Kennede Electronics MFG's (SHE:002723) subsidiary, Guohai Construction, seeks almost 20 million yuan in compensation in a construction contract dispute case against three entities, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.

The company sued Hainan Haiping International Investment Group, Hunan Haiping International Investment Group and Jiangxi Haiping Industrial Park Development.

The Chinese electric fan manufacturer filed the case at the Qingyunpu District People's Court of Nanchang City, China, the disclosure said.
