Guangdong VTR Bio-Tech (SHE:300381) plans to invest 230 million yuan to build the VTR Science and Technology Park, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Sunday.
The industrial park will be located in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China. The construction period is expected to run for 30 months.
The Chinese biotechnology company will build a new factory building, dormitories, rental housing, and other similar facilities on the site, which will have a construction area of 45,391.07 square meters.
