CMON (HKG:1792) has terminated an MoU to sell certain intellectual properties to an independent third party, a Feb. 28 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The move came as the parties were unable to reach a consensus on terms and enter into a formal agreement.

The board game company had entered into the MoU in August 2024.
