ChoiceOne Financial Services (COFS) said Monday it has completed its previously announced merger with Fentura Financial.

Fentura's The State Bank unit will likely merge with ChoiceOne Bank on March 14, ChoiceOne Financial Services said.

The all-stock deal, first announced in July, was valued at roughly $180.4 million.
