Heidrick & Struggles International (HSII) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Monday of $1.08 per diluted share, up from $0.72 a year earlier.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $276.2 million, up from $253.2 million a year earlier.
Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $263.3 million.
The company said it expects Q1 net revenue between $263 million and $273 million. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $264.4 million.
Heidrick said its board maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.15 per share, payable on March 27 to shareholders of record on March 13.
Shares of the company were up 5% in recent after-hours activity.
