Lycaon Resources (ASX:LYN) will change its company name to Solara Minerals, with a new ASX code of "SLA" to take effect at the start of trading on Thursday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's subsequent rebranding will start in the next few weeks.
The mineral explorer's shares were up nearly 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
