Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of about 830 million yuan in February, with a contracted sales area of 60,900 square meters, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property firm saw an average selling price of approximately 13,600 yuan per square meter for the month.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 1.46 billion yuan and 110,100 square meters, respectively.
