Kina Securities (ASX:KSL) said acting Chief Executive Ivan Vidovich will transition to a permanent role, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The move was made following clearance from Bank of Papua New Guinea, the filing said.

Vidovich is also the company's managing director.
