Chinese lifestyle retailer MINISO Group Holding (HKG:9896) may spin off and list its Top Toy brand in Hong Kong, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The company is meeting potential advisers for the listing and wants to raise around $300 million.
The brand was started in 2020 and has around 234 stores worldwide, according to its quarterly report.
The retailer declined to comment on the matter, Bloomberg said.
