Update: Paysafe Shares Fall After Lower Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Unsolicited Takeover Interest

Paysafe (PSFE) shares were down more than 16% in recent Tuesday trading after the company reported lower Q4 earnings and confirmed it had received unsolicited and non-binding takeover offer.

The company reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.48 per diluted share, down from $0.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.73.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $420.1 million, up from $414.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $427.3 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS of $2.21 to $2.51 on revenue of $1.71 billion to $1.73 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.98 on sales of $1.79 billion.
