Oklo (OKLO) said Wednesday it has closed its $25 million all-stock acquisition of Atomic Alchemy.

The company said the acquisition is expected to have "minimal immediate impact" on its operating costs and 2025 outlook.

Oklo said the acquisition also enhances its ability to provide a domestic supply chain of radioisotopes for healthcare, research, and defense.

Atomic Alchemy will operate as a subsidiary under its own brand, the company said.
