China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings' (HKG:1848) subsidiary, China Asset Leasing, changed its chairman of the board, with Pan Jianyun taking over the role from Wang Yun, effective March 3, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong King bourse.
The company said the change was a routine matter and none of the operations of the company were affected.
