Ultra Clean Holdings (UCTT) on Wednesday said Jim Scholhamer resigned as chief executive for personal health reasons.

The company said board chairman Clarence Granger will assume the role of interim CEO.

Shares of Ultra Clean were down 1% in after-hours trading.
