Redsun Properties Group (HKG:1996) recorded contracted sales of 443 million yuan in February, with a sales area of 27,891 square meters, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at 15,893 yuan per square meter.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 1.11 billion yuan and 71,691 square meters, respectively.
