SportsHero (ASX:SHO) said it is expanding to the Philippines under its existing partnership with e-sports company iGV amid efforts to take a share of the country's $1.15 billion video games and consoles market, according to Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the expanded partnership, SportsHero and iGV will co-develop marketing initiatives in the Philippines for the rollout of the Family Game Pass. The agreement does not cover any revenue split. However, SportsHero will pay iGV anywhere from $1 to $1.50 per subscriber, the filing said.
Both parties have existing agreements for the Indonesian and Thai markets.
