Briscoe Group (ASX:BGP, NZE:BGP) reported Wednesday that its fiscal 2025 earnings per diluted share fell to NZ$0.272 from NZ$0.378 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting an EPS of NZ$0.31.
Revenue for the year ended Jan. 26 was NZ$791.5 million, down from NZ$792 million in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$791.7 million.
The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.1176 per share, down from NZ$0.1941 a year earlier, payable on March 27 to shareholders on record as of March 20.
The company's shares were up almost 2% in recent Wednesday trade in New Zealand.
