Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund (TYO:9284) reported February power generation of 17,924,101 kWh, 0.41% above its 17,851,152 kWh forecast, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The fund's output was affected by curtailments in Kyushu and heavy snowfall, which led to significantly lower output from CS Takayama-shi PV (9.1% of forecast), CS Shichikashuku-machi PV (67.4%), and CS Hiroshima-shi Suzuhari PV (61.6%).
CS Ishikari Shinshinotsu-mura PV delivered the highest overperformance at 236.4% of forecast, followed by CS Hiji-machi Dai-ni PV at 125.4%.
The fund said it will receive basic rent from lessees if monthly output from individual facilities falls below 70% of forecast.
