ASML Holding (ASML) and imec said Tuesday they have signed a five-year partnership deal to advance research in the semiconductor industry.

The companies said the collaboration will utilize ASML's advanced technologies integrated into imec's pilot lines.

Research will focus on silicon photonics, memory, advanced packaging, and AI-driven semiconductor innovations for various markets, they said.
