Ronshine China Holdings (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 283.1 million yuan in February, with a contracted gross floor area of 38,254 square meters, a Monday bourse filing said.

The property company's average monthly selling price was approximately 7,402 yuan per square meter.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, the group logged 633.0 million yuan in contracted sales, 61,240 square meters in contracted gross floor area, and an average selling price of 10,337 yuan per square meter.

Shares of the company were down nearly 6% in recent trade.
