Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded contracted sales of 896 million yuan in February for projects under management, with a contracted gross floor sales area of 157,888 square meters.

The average monthly selling price was 5,676 yuan per square meter, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.

The company obtained one new contract in February, with a GFA of 70,300 square meters.

For the first two months of 2025, the group recorded contracted sales of 1.82 billion yuan, down 29% from a year earlier.

GFA fell 25% year over year to 315,115 square meters, and the average selling price slid 4.6% to 5,759 yuan.
