Cohen & Steers (CNS) reported preliminary assets under management Monday of $88.56 billion as of Feb. 28, up from $86.41 billion a month earlier.
The investment firm attributed the gain to $2.3 billion in market appreciation, which was partially offset by $151 million in distributions and $16 million in net outflows.
