** Shares of law enforcement safety equipment maker Cadre Holdings CDRE.N fall 4.5% to $32 after the bell
** For the full year 2025, Cadre expects net sales to range between $572 and $601 mln, compared with LSEG estimates of $620.9 mln
** Company says forecast does not include any impact from the recently announced or implemented U.S. tariffs
** Cadre, however, beat quarterly net sales estimates, citing higher demand for armor, duty gear products and hard goods, as well as benefiting from recent acquisitions
** Company's Q4 net sales rose over 41% from a year earlier to about $176 mln, beating analysts' estimates of $170.9 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Q4 net income of about $13 mln, or 32 cents per diluted share, rose from $9.6 mln, or 25 cents per diluted share a year ago
** As of Tuesday's close, stock up 3.8% YTD
